How to cancel your Mobile package

Afrihost Mobile Packages

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Mobile’ tab.
  3. Select the Afrihost Mobile package you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.
  5. In the ‘Cancel this Service section, complete the form and click on ‘Cancel this Service’ to confirm your cancellation.

Mobile Data Packages

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select the Mobile Data package you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.
  5. Now click on the ‘Cancel this Service’ button.
  6. Complete the form and click on ‘Cancel this Service’ to confirm your cancellation.

Please note. Any cancellations done before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of that month. Cancellations done after the 15th of the month will then only be effective from the end of the following month. Cancellations must be done by the 15th of the month, before our billing run commences. Services cannot be cancelled if there are any outstanding balances on the account. The account must be settled first.

Unsubscribing from MTN's marketing list. To unsubscribe from MTN marketing messages SMS STOP to 30246

To revoke consent for MTN marketing messages:

  • Dial *135#
  • If you are on contract, select ‘Contract Management’. If you are on prepaid, select ‘Prepaid Service’.
  • Select ‘Change Consent Settings’.
  • Select one of the types of marketing messages and toggle your consent setting to ‘No’.
