How to check if you are on the correct call rate

You can easily check if you are on the suggested call rate in the Mobile section of ClientZone.

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Mobile’ tab.
  3. Select your mobile package.
  4. You will see a notification at the top of the page if you are not on the suggested call rate. If you don’t see a notification you’re on the correct call rate.
