How to log a Support Request

You can easily log a support request in ClientZone and we get back to you as soon as we can.

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Support’ tab.
  3. Click on View Support Requests.
  4. At the top left, click on the ‘Create New Support Ticket’ button.
  5. Complete your support request and click on ‘Submit’.
