How to request a Call Me Back

Want us to call you back? You can submit a Call Me Back request in ClientZone and one of our support agents will contact you as soon as they can.

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Support’ tab.
  3. Click on Request a Call Me Back.
  4. Enter your contact details, the product that you need help with and when we should contact you.
  5. Once done, click on the ‘Call Me Back’ button to submit your request.

Please note: Call Me Back is only available between 08:00 and 19:00 on weekdays and between 10:00 and 14:00 on weekends.
