How to transfer your products

Please Note. Products can only be transferred within ClientZone to users with an existing ClientZone account.

You can easily move your products to another person or entity in ClientZone.

Products that can be transferred

  • Capped DSL data
  • Uncapped DSL data
  • Fixed Lines
  • Domains and hosting packages

How to transfer products away

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
  3. Under Product Transfers in the sidebar, click on ‘Transfer Products’.
  4. Select the relevant ones you would like to transfer in the list on the right.

How to receive products from another account

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
  3. Under Product Transfers in the sidebar, click on ‘Receive Products’.
  4. Select the relevant ones you would like to receive in the list on the right.

Important. The transfer option is disabled during our billing run from the 22nd to the 5th of every month. You will not be able to transfer or receive products during this period.
