How to create an email account

You can create an email account directly in ClientZone or through cPanel.

How to create an email account in ClientZone

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Hosting’ tab.
  3. Select your domain name in the right hand list.
  4. Click on the ‘Manage Email’ button.
  5. Now click on the ‘Create New Email Account’ button.
  6. Fill in the required information and click on ‘Create Address’ to confirm.

How to create an email account through cPanel

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Hosting’ tab.
  3. Select your domain name in the right hand list.
  4. Click on the ‘cPanel’ button and then ‘Log into cPanel’.
  5. Scroll down to the Email group and click on ‘Email Accounts’.
  6. Click on the ‘Add Email Account’ tab.
  7. Enter the email address and password for the account.
  8. When done, click on ‘Create Account’.
