Once your line has been installed and fibre router connected, you can activate your fibre.
How to activate your Fibre line (Other providers)
Important! Please ensure you are connected to the fibre network and not via mobile data or a different network connection for the activation to be successful.
Follow the steps below to activate your fibre line.
1. Navigate to the ClientZone Activation Page, you may be directed to this page automatically.
2. Enter your cellphone number and then click ‘Activate’.
3. An OTP will be sent to the cell number. Enter the OTP and click ‘Activate’.
4. You have successfully activated your fibre package.
