How to find your Vumatel Object / VT number

You need your Vumatel Object / VT number in order to activate your Vumatel Fibre line after installation.

Ensure you are connecting via your fibre line to pick up your fibre line information.

  • Click on ‘Login or Register’ at the top right corner of the page.

Log in using your registered ClientZone email or username and password

  • Enter your Email or Username.
  • Click ‘Continue’.

  • Enter your Password.
  • Click ‘Continue’.

  • Once logged in, select your username at the top right-hand side of the screen and select ‘Your Account’.

  • In the Your Profile section, scroll down to Fibre Details.
  • Copy (Ctrl + C) your Object number.

  • Once you have your Object / VT number, head over to ClientZone to complete the activation.
