In order to successfully migrate your Fibre to Afrihost you will need to process what we call a Fibre Migration.
Cancel with your current Service Provider
You will need to notify your current ISP and cancel your current services with them. Your ISP and all other ISPs require a 30 day notice period. We will charge you a migration/transfer fee if applicable. Once you have been released by your ISP, you can sign up with Afrihost.
Provide Afrihost with your Object Number
You will need to provide us with your Object Number (if relevant) which can be updated on ClientZone directly.
Or you can go to your existing providers site, choose Afrihost as your ISP and click on activate.
Activate your Fibre Services
If your Fibre line is not already active after signing up with Afrihost, please visit the Fibre Activation page to activate your line.
