How to sign up for Fibre via ClientZone

You can sign up for Afrihost Fibre in ClientZone, simply follow the steps below:

Follow the steps below to sign up in ClientZone:

  1. Go to ClientZone.
  2. Log in using your ClientZone credentials.
  3. Select the Connectivity tab.
  4. Select Sign up a New Connectivity Package
  5. Select Fibre
  6. You will be aske to check fibre avilability in your area, Select ‘Check if I can get Fibre’
  7. You will be taken to the Fibre Coverage Map.
  8. Enter the address where you would like Fibre to be installed and press enter to search the map.
  9. Click on the ‘Check Fibre Availability’ button.
  10. Select your desired Fibre package and connection speed.
  11. Click Next
  12. Then complete the Fibre address details for your installation. Once done, click on the ‘Next Step’ button.
  13. Afrihost will supply you with a dual-band Wi-Fi router as part of your order. You’ll be asked to configure your router. Once done, click on ‘Next Step’.
  14. Finally, you’ll be taken to your Shopping Cart. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete the order.

    Please note. The Vumatel installation cost is payable to Vumatel.

    Address Tips. When signing up ensures the address is correct. Give the address that can be found on your municipal bill. Especially if residing in an estate or complex. You can add your plot ERF number in the notes section if you know it and anything else that will help installers identify your property, for example: gate, house colour, objects outside to identify the property.
