You can cancel your Fixed Wireless package in ClientZone.
How to cancel your Fixed Wireless package
Important: Please note that you need to submit your cancellation before the 23rd of the month if you would like your services to be cancelled at the end of the same month. If your cancellation is submitted on or after the 23rd, your services will only be cancelled at the end of the following month.
Follow the steps below to cancel your Fixed Wireless package in ClientZone.
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
- Select your Fixed Wireless package.
- Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.
- On the right hand side, click on the ‘Cancel this Service’ button.
- Complete the form and click on ‘Cancel this Service’ to confirm your cancellation.
