How to view your Pure VoIP usage history
If you would like to get detailed information about your VoIP call usage, history, duration and cost per call you can view it all in ClientZone.
Follow the steps below to view your VoIP usage history:
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘Pure VoIP’ tab.
- Select the VoIP package that you want to view on the right-hand side.
- Select ‘Usage and History’ button from the Pure VoIP overview page.
- Your itemised VoIP call history will be displayed.
