Can I keep my existing telephone number when porting to Pure VoIP

Yes, Pure VoIP is a cloud-hosted service, which means you can take your number anywhere in the world. If you have Fibre or Fixed LTE, then you must first port your number to Pure VoIP and then cancel your existing landline rental.

Existing South African landline number can be ported to Pure VoIP. Only numbers that start with 01, 02, 03, 04 and 05 can be ported to Pure VoIP. No Mobile Numbers.

Only geographic South African numbers (starting with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05) and non‑geographic numbers (starting with 087, 080, 086) can be ported to Pure VoIP. Mobile numbers and 0800, 0861 can not be ported.
