How to add SMS bundles

What is difference between AirMobile and Legacy Air Mobile 

Legacy clients are clients who signed up for Afrihost Air Mobile pre-February 2024.
Sign-ups since February 2024 are on the new Afrihost AirMobile MVNO network. (Mobile Virtual Network Operator)

SMS bundles can only be added to Afrihost Mobile Voice packages (Legacy). You can easily add SMS bundles in ClientZone.

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Mobile’ tab.
  3. Select your Afrihost Mobile package.
  4. Click on the ‘Bundles & Airtime’ button.
  5. In the SMS Bundles section, select your preferred SMS bundle and Payment Method.
  6. Accept the terms and click on ‘Purchase Bundle’ to confirm the purchase.
