How to cancel your AirMobile package in ClientZone
ClientZone empowers you with the ability to effortlessly manage your products. We understand that various circumstances may lead you to consider cancellation. In this article, we provide you with the seamless process of cancelling your AirMobile package(s).
1. How to cancel your AirMobile All-in-one Package
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘Mobile’ tab.

- Select the AirMobile package you wish to cancel.

- Click on the ‘Manage Package’ button.

- In the ‘Cancel this Service section, complete the form and click on ‘Cancel this Service’ to confirm your cancellation.

You have successfully canceled your AirMobile all-in-one package.
Any cancellations done before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of that month. Cancellations done after the 15th of the month will then only be effective from the end of the following month. Cancellations must be done by the 15th of the month, before our billing run commences. Services cannot be cancelled if there are any outstanding balances on the account. The account must be settled first.
2. How to cancel your AirMobile Data-only Package
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.

- Select the Mobile package you wish to cancel.

- Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.

- Now click on the ‘Cancel this Service’ button.

- Complete the form and click on ‘Cancel this Service’ to confirm your cancellation.

You have successfully cancelled your AirMobile data-only package.
