How to manage your Auto Topup and Out-of-Bundle limits for Air Mobile Data Only packages

This function allows you to have control to avoid bill shock, but the flexibility to not get cut off when it matters most.

You can manage your Auto-Topup and Out-of-Bundle limits for your Air Mobile Data Only package in ClientZone.

Follow the steps below to manage your data Auto-Top up Limit in ClientZone:
  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select the mobile package you’d like to manage Auto-Limit on.
  4. Click on the ‘Topups & More’ button.
  5. Select ‘Data Topups”
  6. Under Auto - Topups, set your data topup increment and monthly limit.
  7. Once done, click on ‘Enable Auto Topups’ button at the bottom of each section.
Follow the steps below to manage your Out-of-Bundle Mobile Data in ClientZone:
  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select the mobile package you’d like to manage Out-of-Bundle limit on.
  4. Click on the ‘Topups & More’ button.
  5. Select ‘Out-of-Bundle Settings”.
  6. Set your maximum usage amount.
  7. Once done, click on the ‘Enable Out-of-Bundle’ button at the bottom.
