Porting a landline with an active DSL service
Any DSL services will have to be cancelled if you want to port a landline number with an active DSL service on it. This means that you will no longer have DSL Internet on that landline number. It would be best to sign up for a new VoIP number if you want to keep your DSL services.

How long does it take to port a landline number?
Once your port request has been accepted, it can take up to 14 working days for the number to be moved over to Pure VoIP.
