The first step is to inform Afrihost about the passing of the account holder. You can do this by sending an email to security@afrihost.com. In the email, clearly state that the account holder has passed away and that you as the next of kin, wish to take over ownership of the account.

Once Afrihost’s Security Team has verified the information and documentation provided, and processed the request, they will update the account details to reflect the new ownership. You will then have full control and responsibility for managing the account.
