How to cancel a deceased person's account

The first step is to inform Afrihost about the passing of the account holder. You can do this by sending an email to security@afrihost.com. In the email, clearly state that the account holder has passed away and that you as the next of kin, wish to cancel the deceased of the account.

Once Afrihost Security Team has verified the information provided, they will process cancellation of the deceased account.
