How to configure the APN on your TP-Link M7000 Mobile WiFi device
An Access Point Name (APN) is a crucial setting that enables your device to connect to the internet. By configuring the APN settings, your device establishes a connection to the gateway of your carrier. We will guide you through the essential steps to set up the APN on your TP-Link M7000 Mi-Fi device to ensure that you enjoy uninterrupted internet connectivity wherever you go.
- Press the power button on the device to turn the MiFi device on.

- Connect to the WiFi network of the MiFi device.

- Open your preferred internet browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Edge etc.).
- Enter the IP address 192.168.0.1 in the search bar and hit ‘Enter’.
- Enter the password to access the device and click ‘Login’.

- Once logged in, select ‘Advanced’ from the options at the top.

- On the left-hand side select Dial-up, then select 'Dial-up Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

- Click on the 'Create' button to add a new APN profile.

- Enter the following information:
- Profile Name: afrihost
- APN: afrihost
- Authentication: None
- Click the ‘Save’ button.

If you have inserted the white AirMobile SIM card (white) enter: ws.air.mvno into the APN field.

- Click 'Yes' to set this APN as default.

You have successfully configured the APN. You may now exit the interface.
