What is LTE?

LTE stands for Long Term Evolution and is sometimes referred to as 4G LTE. It’s a standard for wireless data transmission with increased network capacity and speeds, that allows you to download your favourite music, websites, and video really fast - much faster than you could with the previous technology, 3G.

LTE-A stands for LTE-Advanced and is more reliable and delivers true 4G speeds. LTE-A is 2-3x faster than regular LTE.

You can generally expect speeds between 10 - 150Mbps. Please note, however, that speeds are determined by the external environment around your home and where the router is situated in your home.
