How to cancel your Wireless LTE package

Follow the steps below to cancel your Wireless LTE package in ClientZone.

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select your Wireless LTE package.
  4. Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.
  5. On the right hand side, click on the ‘Cancel this Service’ button.
  6. Complete the form and click on ‘Cancel this Service’ to confirm your cancellation.

Important: 

Any cancellations done before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of that month.

Cancellations done after the 15th of the month will then only be effective from the end of the following month.

Services cannot be cancelled if there are any outstanding balances on the account. The account must be settled first.

Remaining data. 

Your remaining data remains accessible until the conclusion of the month when the cancellation becomes effective.


Cancellation Policy. 

Should you return, cancel or downgrade your Wireless LTE SIM & device package in less than 6 months from signup date, or your account falls into arrears, you will automatically be charged a cancellation fee of R999.
