How to create an SPF record for your domain
An SPF record (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS record that specifies which mail servers are permitted to send emails on behalf of your domain name. The record prevents spammers from sending emails with forged ‘From’ email addresses that appear to be from your domain.
How to create an SPF record in cPanel
- Log into cPanel.
- Select ‘Email Deliverability’ under the EMAIL section.

The Email Deliverability menu will open.
- Next to your domain, click ‘Manage.

- Scroll down to the ‘SPF’ section.
- To use the default SPF record, click on ‘Copy’ under Value.

The SPF record will be copied to the clipboard and can be added to your domain.
