How to manage your auto top up preferences in the AirMobile App
Discover the ease and flexibility of managing your auto top-up preferences with the Afrihost AirMobile App. This function allows you to have control to avoid bill shock, but the flexibility to not get cut off when it matters most. Whether you prefer a hands-off approach, setting your own rules, or manually topping up, we've got you covered.
Follow the steps below to manage your auto top up preference
- Open the Afrihost AirMobile App on your device.
The Afrihost AirMobile app can be downloaded in the Google Play store, in the Apple store, and in the Huawei store.
- Tap on 'Products' at the bottom of the App.
- Select 'View' beneath the AirMobile package you'd like to manage auto top ups for.
- Tap on ‘Auto Top Up’ to enable and change your preferences.
- You can choose from three convenient options:
1. Let us worry about it: Get R100 airtime top-up when you reach R2 and a 10GB top-up when you reach 100MB of data.
2. Set your own Auto Top Up rules: Take control by determining the top-up amount and setting a monthly spend limit.
3. Manually top up: Have the flexibility to manually top up whenever you run out of airtime or data.
