How to resend the One Time Pin (OTP)
In order to receive a new OTP, you will need to close and reopen ClientZone. A new OPT will be sent to the primary contact number via SMS and is valid for 15 minutes.

If you are unable to receive your One Time Pin (OTP) because your phone number has changed, please read this article for more information on how to have your OTP sent to you via email and update your contact number.
Can't receive the OTP?Â
If you aren't receiving the OTP and your contact number has not changed, please contact our support team to assist further.
