How to top up your Airtime in ClientZone

Ran out of airtime? No problem! You can easily top-up your airtime through your ClientZone. Whether you’re on the go or managing your account at home, ClientZone gives you a convenient way to purchase airtime in just a few steps. It’s fast, secure, and available anytime you need it.

How to top up Airmobile airtime

  • Log into ClientZone.
  • Click on the ‘Mobile’ tab.
  • Select your airmobile package on the right-hand side.
  • Click on the ‘Top Up’ button.
  • Under the Airtime section, select the airtime top-up amount you need and ensure the correct payment method is selected. To add or change payment method, click Change.
  • Accept the terms and click on ‘Topup Airtime’ below to confirm the purchase.
  • Select 'Purchase Topup’ to confirm the allocation.
  • A successful message will appear. Select ‘Okay’ to complete your request.

How to top up Air Mobile Legacy airtime

What is the difference between AirMobile and Legacy Air Mobile (MTN)? 

AirMobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) provided via MTN infrastructure. It operates as a virtual network on top of the existing MTN infrastructure, offering mobile services under its own brand. Legacy Air Mobile (MTN) refers to the previous mobile data offering that utilised MTN SIM cards and networks.

  • Click on the ‘Mobile’ tab.
  • Select your Legacy Afrihost Mobile package.
  • Click on the ‘Bundles & Airtime’ button.
  • In the airtime section, select the airtime amount and payment method you desire from the drop-down options
  • Tick the check box to accept the terms and then select ‘Purchase Airtime’ below to proceed.
  • Select 'Purchase Topup’ to confirm the allocation.
  • A successful message will appear. Select ‘Okay’ to complete your request.

You have successfully topped up airtime on your Airmobile package.
