Why EFT or cash payments are not a valid payment options
We do not offer any EFT or Cash Payments due to the administration involved. Before we can allocate the payment, the amount needs to reflect in our bank account first, which might take up to 72 working hours.
Errors can also be caused if the wrong payment references are used or the wrong amounts paid and makes it difficult for us to identify who the payment belongs to.
