How to log into ClientZone
If you are getting a notification 'Bad Credentials' this means the details entered to log in are not recognised. Maybe you have forgotten your password and need to create a new one. Read our How to reset your ClientZone password article for easy instructions to resolve this.
- Open your preferred internet browser. (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
- Enter clientzone.afrihost.com
- Hit enter to search.

- Enter your ClientZone username and password.
The username is the email address used to sign up with Afrihost and the password you created.
If you do not know these login details, you will need to select āForgot Passwordā to have a reset link emailed to the primary account holder's email and a new password can be created.
